• Essay published in The Conversation, November 9th: Environmental justice has the White House’s attention, building on 40 years of struggle – but California suggests new funding won’t immediately solve deeply entrenched problems.
• 1-hr radio interview with Rick Kleiffel on “Narrative Species,” KSQD. Aired 5-6pm, Oct. 21. Also includes a short written book review.
• Excerpt from my book published in Boom! California, November 11. Excerpt taken from the chapter “Kettleman City: Case Study of Community Activism in Changing Times.”
